PSYCHOLOGY & PERFORMANCE

Under the scientific direction of Ana Bispo Ramires, GAPP (Psychology and Performance Practice Group) is a consultancy specialising in the intersection between Psychology and Performance. Its mission is to provide innovative and personalised solutions to individuals, teams and organisations seeking to enhance their performance, efficiency and well-being.

As a result of its continued growth and development, the leadership structure has been strengthened: Sofia Raposo currently serves as Co-Coordinator of the Corporate area, while Maria Lúcio leads the co-coordination of the Clinical/Sports area. Alongside Ana Barreto, they also share responsibility for mentoring trainees. The Trauma area remains under the coordination of Assunção Neto, a nationally recognised expert in this highly critical area of specialisation.

Our team is made up of specialists in Psychology and Performance, all registered members of the Portuguese Psychologists’ Association, who have been working with individuals and teams across a wide range of contexts for more than 25 years, ensuring high standards of ethics, scientific rigour and professional competence.

Given the multidimensional nature of human beings and the contexts in which they operate, as well as the challenges faced by society today, our work is further supported by a network of specialists dedicated to optimising physical abilities, thus ensuring a multidisciplinary and systemic approach.
