Generally, artists such as actors, dancers and musicians, train their technical and artistic expertise since an early age.
Opposite to what some may think, exposure to high levels of early specialization can lead to important development issues, namely concerning coping skills that will (or will not…) be acquired in a context where the level of competition is very high.
The purpose of the intervention in this area, relates to the resolution of development issues that may have arisen during the artists career ( for example: anxiety management, stage fright, motivation in the face of adversity, etc.) or, in terms of optimization, to promote their overall development, through the implementation of a training program of psycho-emotional skills, essential for optimal performance ( for example: determination, emotional management, concentration, resilience, intrinsic motivation, among others).
