Degree in Psychology from ISPA – Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada – and Specialist in Education from the University of Seville. Registered with the Portuguese Psychologists’ Association (professional registration no. 13420) and a Specialist Psychologist in Clinical and Health Psychology, Educational Psychology, and Special Educational Needs.


Certified in Personal and Professional Coaching by INCTA – Institute of Behavioural and Management Sciences – and in High-Performance Sport Psychology by Universitas FC Barcelona Innovation Hub, combining a strong academic background with a practical and results-oriented approach.


With more than 25 years of professional experience, a diverse range of contexts has shaped her work, from coordinating multidisciplinary teams to providing individualized support to young people and adults. Extensive experience in the development of personal, social, and professional skills, supporting clients in defining goals, strategic planning, and overcoming internal barriers that may limit performance.


A professional path defined by a commitment to human development, the promotion of self-awareness and emotional self-regulation, and the enhancement of individual and collective performance in demanding environments. Over the years, involvement in projects focused on creating healthier, more productive environments aligned with the objectives of each individual or organization.

Currently co-coordinates GAPP (Grupo de Atuação em Psicologia e Performance) with Ana Bispo Ramires and Maria Lúcio, while also being part of its team of specialists. Professional activity focuses on the redefinition of life projects and professional development plans, working across two highly demanding fields: High-Performance Sport and Executive Leadership.


The intervention focuses on supporting athletes, coaches, executives, and leaders in building more consistent, sustainable, and purposeful personal and professional paths, aligned with both individual and collective goals.
