Ana Bispo Ramires has a degree in Psychology from ISPA, in the Clinical area, got a Master’s degree in Sports Psychology from the Minho University and has as Specialties of Clinical Psychology and Health, Work Psychology and Organizations and also has Advanced Specialty in Sport Psychology (recognition by the Portuguese Psychologists Order – nº 8488).

She was a University Assistant at ISPA for 13 years, where she taught the disciplines of Research Methods and Techniques, Emotional Skills Training, Sport and Performance Psychology, within the scope of the Master. At this same institution, she was a teacher and one of the responsible for organizing and structuring the study plan and program content for Postgraduate Studies in Sport and Physical Activity Psychology and in Leadership and Team Development Training. Still in this context, she is a visiting Professor in the Post-Graduation in Nursing in Sports, for the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP) and in the International Post-Graduation “High Performance Football Coaching”, by the Faculty of Human Kinetics (FMH / Mourinho).

She is the author of articles and book chapters, national and international, in the area of ​​Sport and Performance Psychology, being responsible for an opinion column, of weekly periocity, on the website “Tribuna Expresso”.

Since the end of 2017, she has been a member of the Medical Directorate of the Olympic Committee of Portugal, in the specialty of Clinical Psychology and Sport.

Over more than 20 years of career, she has accumulated different experiences as:

Key-Speaker, Trainer and Consultant, with thousands of hours of work developed with more than 18000 people, in companies as different as: Banco Popular, Renault, PT, BP Portugal, GALP, Repsol, Tranquilidade, EDP, Emel, Accenture, Compta , Nobre, HaviLogistics, BES, Metlife, Aveleda, Alma Lusa Hotels, Executive, among others;

Sport / Performance Psychology, in the scope of the most varied high performance activities (doctors, military, top managers, artists, dancers, choreographers, athletes, coaches, referees ..), highlighting the work with coaches and soccer athletes professional, citing, for example, the collaboration with the national coach Luiz Filipe Scolari and the Football Department of SLB, for almost 10 years (in the public domain).

Clinical Psychologist, always accompanying her clients with a view to optimizing their quality of life, well-being and Life project.

She currently coordinates the GAPP (Psychology & Performance Practice Group) and is one of those responsible for “ToPeople” (, in São João Estoril, Cascais.
